The Retirement Leadership Forum is a membership-based organization dedicated to the research and advisory needs of senior-level financial services executives in the retirement line of business. Founded in 2017 as a spinoff of CEB (now Gartner), we’re growing fast and need to add a skilled marketing and relationship management associate to our team. In this role, you’ll get the opportunity to work with North America’s largest providers of group retirement products and services (e.g., 401(k) plans) by executing marketing campaigns, assisting with member communication and outreach, and coordinating events and conferences. The associate role is a critical hire as we look to streamline our client service process.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the firm’s client outreach campaigns (e.g., newsletters, event/conference announcements)
- Manage inbound client service requests from current and prospective clients
- Coordinate RLF client events and conferences including identifying event locations, arranging food/meals, ensuring production of event materials, etc.
- Manage client renewal process including managing the overall renewal calendar, scheduling check-in calls, tracking relationship health, and updating the CRM system
- Support the on-going research process by completing searches for secondary research, scheduling research interviews, and maintaining call notes
- Assist with preparation of client presentations and deliverables
- Manage website updates/maintenance and provide new ideas for showcasing research content and driving website traffic

- Interest in event management and production of meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a accredited institution
- 1-5 years professional experience in a marketing or client services role with a consulting firms, association, or other client-focused organization. Recent college graduates considered with appropriate experience.
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat required. Experience with email marketing, event management, and CRM software desired.
- Ability to travel to conference locations 4-5 times a year
