Recordkeeper Pricing and Proprietary Asset Benchmarking

RLF conducted a member-requested survey yielding 8 responses from executives at recordkeeping firms. The purpose of this survey is to better understand our members’ pricing and profitability measurements for their Retirement Plan Recordkeeping business. The results demonstrate the pricing target metrics firms utilize and their results, as well as usage of proprietary assets.
